This horned owl woodburning is done on a basswood slab. I entered this in juried art show this month and it finished first in
it's class (monochrome painting category) and first in it's division. I'm pretty happy about that as it is the first time
I've entered an art piece in that show. Onto bigger and better next year. This piece measure approximately 14" tall by 8-10" wide and
is finished with polyacrylic finish which is non-yellowing.

This is a buffalo head line drawing study. It is done on a birch plywood panel,
measures 15" high x 9.5" wide and stands upright in a maple base. It is finished with
urethane.

This is a pair of zebras done from a photo. Again, this burn was done on plywood, this time on baltic
birch plywood and finished with urethane. It is a small item, measuring 8.5" wide x 8.5" high.

This is a colored woodburning of a pair of pelicans. This burn was done on a birch slab I had lying
around the shop and finished with polyacrylic.
