My return policy is quite simple: If you've changed your mind, no longer want the item, it isn't exactly what you were after, simply send it back for a full refund (less shipping). No questions asked! If returning an item, please return it within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Items should be returned postage paid and insured in the original package. They must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition, with all the original documents that came with the package (warranties, manuals, etc.). There will a replacement fee of $5.00 for any missing documents.
You do not require authorization from me to return the item, but I would appreciate advance warning that you are making a return. That way I can be on the lookout for the item. Simply email me and let me know about the return.
Your refund will be made the same way your original payment was made. If you paid by cheque, a cheque will be issued to you once your cheque has cleared my bank. If you paid by money order, a money order will be sent to you. If you paid by Paypal, your refund will be sent to your Paypal address.
You may use any delivery service you wish. Please package the item(s) carefully and ship insured to:
